How returns and refunds work at SA TEX.

- 7 days from delivery
- Collection
- You ship it back to the address shown on your order
- Refund
- Refunded to the original payment method
How to Return

Go to My Orders and open the order you want to return.

Choose Request Return and select a reason.
3
Ship the parcel to the address shown on that order's return page and keep the tracking number.
4
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued as shown above.
